    Opportunity Includes

    Pre-Flight

    • Display Ads: Target travelers before takeoff across United’s website and mobile app check-in and boarding pass pages—prime real estate for early engagement.

    In-Flight

    • Display Ad Tiles: Branded placements with optional click to full screen display or video ad within the seatback entertainment interface.
    • Seatback Pre-Roll Videos: :15 video ads with audio play automatically before selected movies or shows. Share of voice determined by number of participating advertisers.

    At the Airport

    • United Clubs: :15 video ads (no audio) loop on premium digital screens within the Orlando Club and United Club locations in other cities with flights to Orlando.
    • Gate Information Displays: :15 video ads (no audio) appear on gate screens targeting flights to and from Orlando.

    United Airlines. Branding Guidelines

    • Creative should be conference specific bringing awareness to company’s presence
    • Advertiser can include corporate logo and meeting booth information (no product branding)
    • HCP messaging can be utilized using QR codes
    • All creative subject to United Airlines approval

    Special Notes

    • Prepayment is required.
    • TriStar Event Media is the required agency through which 2025 ASH Annual Meeting exhibitors must book out-of-home advertising. No other third-party vendor may be used.
    • Out-of-home marketing is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the ASH.
    • Out-of-home marketing inventory and advertising rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Opportunities may not be exclusive to one supporter.
    • All out-of-home marketing is subject to ASH and vendor approval. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative. There will be no refunds given for unapproved campaigns.
    • TriStar will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to tactics located in public spaces, including clings, citywide advertising, and airport advertising. TriStar will not provide refunds or discounts on such tactics.
    • Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
