Distribution Dates

Distribution Method
Bags are distributed via racks and handout personnel at registration and in high-traffic areas of the convention center.
Quantity
- 6,000 bags
- 1 printed insert per bag
Insert Specifications
- Insert dimensions not to exceed 8 ½” x 11”
- Insert weight not to exceed 4 ounces
Premium Sponsorship Specifications
- Printed pocket insert should not exceed 5 ½”W x 4”H
- Logo not to exceed 9”W x 4”H image area (directly above the pocket)
- The bag artwork should be 4/color process
Prototype Submission
- Submit prototypes through the TriStar ad portal. For questions, contact Cyndy Galate at [email protected].
- All inserts must be submitted to TriStar for advance approval by SABCS. A copy of the insert must be approved by SABCS regardless of prior approval for other promotional opportunities at the symposium.
Special Notes
- Advertiser must supply printed inserts.
- SABCS will brand one side of the bag. The opposite side will be reserved for the Premium Bag Sponsor.
- Late fees will apply for inserts arriving after the specified material due date.
