• A rotating Banner Ad displayed with equal SOV in the top and bottom positions of the Meeting Magazine landing page
• A full-page, 4/color ROB ad in the printed Meeting Magazine
• A full-page, 4/color ROB ad in the digital Meeting Magazine

Ads will be posted approximately December 3, 2025, and will run until March 31, 2026, unless otherwise indicated by the advertiser.

• Deployed via email
• Hosted on the SABCSMeetingNews.org website
• 6,000 print copies inserted into the Welcome Bag and distributed via handout personnel near registration

• Metrics will be available upon request starting January 5, 2026.
