- Placement is given on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Advertisers must have secured an official industry event through SABCS and purchased a Featured Event Listing in order to be eligible for participation in the Industry Event Spotlight Email opportunity.
- Per SABCS, a minimum of two positions must be secured in order to execute this opportunity. TriStar reserves the right to cancel the project in the event of revenue shortfalls.
- Metrics are available upon request starting January 2, 2026.
- Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
- Distribution date is approximate and subject to change. Advertisers will be notified should a change occur.
