    • All opportunities outside of the convention center must have mention of Digestive Disease Week® (or DDW®). For additional Advertising Guidelines and for instructions on use of DDW’s name or acronym, view the Terms & Conditions.
    • Prepayment is required. 
    • Advertising rate is subject to change and will be confirmed at time of inquiry or purchase. 
    • Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
    • TriStar is the exclusive partner through which DDW exhibitors and non-exhibitor industry supporters have the opportunity to book out-of-home marketing and/or hotel branding opportunities. All tactics must be vetted and secured through TriStar.
    • Out-of-home marketing and/or hotel branding opportunities are subject to availability at time of reservation.
    • Opportunities may not be exclusive to one advertiser.
    • Out-of-home marketing and/or hotel branding is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by DDW.
    • All out-of-home marketing and/or hotel branding opportunities are subject to DDW and vendor approval. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative. There will be no refunds given for non-approved campaigns.
    • Signature confirmation is required to confirm space reservation, in conjunction with a purchase order/insertion order, if applicable.
    • TriStar will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to tactics located in public spaces, including clings, citywide advertising, and airport advertising. TriStar will not provide refunds or discounts on such tactics.
