    Impression Optimization

    Through our proven optimization strategies, TriStar will achieve the highest possible number of impressions within the geofence area, maximizing the effectiveness of the ad campaign, and reaching your target audience precisely.

     

    • Points of Interest (POIs): TriStar will identify the most relevant POIs within the geofence area where the target audience is likely to be present, including the convention center and key hotel properties. By focusing on these POIs, the campaign can maximize the ads’ exposure to the desired audience.
    • Periodic Optimization: TriStar will continuously monitor the performance of the campaign and make adjustments as needed to maximize impressions. By regularly optimizing the campaign, TriStar can ensure that it remains effective throughout its duration.

    Special Notes

    • All opportunities outside of the convention center must have mention of Digestive Disease Week® (or DDW®). For additional Advertising Guidelines and for instructions on use of DDW’s name or acronym, view the Terms & Conditions.
    • Prepayment is required in full.
    • TriStar Event Media is the required agency through which Digestive Disease Week exhibitors must book out-of-home advertising. No other third-party vendor may be used.
    • Out-of-home marketing is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the DDW.
    • Out-of-home marketing inventory and advertising rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Opportunities may not be exclusive to one supporter.
    • All out-of-home marketing is subject to DDW and vendor approval. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative. There will be no refunds given for unapproved campaigns.
    • Ad creatives or URLs changing out will incur additional fees. Contact your Media Strategist to discuss scope of work and associated costs. 
    • Users must be connected to the fenced public WiFi for the opportunity to receive targeted promotions.
