    Prototype Submission

    Hotel Advertising Guidelines

    • Prepayment is required.
    • All hotel marketing creatives are subject to ACR and hotel property approval. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative. There will be no refunds given for non-approved campaigns.
    • TriStar will not be held liable for any potential unforeseen circumstances and any damage that occurs to tactics located in public spaces, including clings, hotel branding/advertising, citywide advertising, and airport advertising. TriStar will not provide refunds or discounts on such tactics.
