• One promotional insert, placed in a clear plastic pocket on the bag’s exterior 
• Corporate or product logo and booth number printed on the bag’s exterior, above the pocket

3,000 bags per distribution

Distribution racks and handout personnel in high-traffic areas throughout the convention center

• Printed pocket insert should not exceed 5 ½”W x 4”H
• Logo not to exceed a 9”W x 4”H image area (directly above pocket)
• The bag artwork should be 4/color process.

• Submit prototypes through the TriStar ad portal. For questions, contact Kendra Gadwood at [email protected].
• All inserts must be submitted to TriStar for advance approval by CHEST. A copy of the insert must be approved by CHEST regardless of prior approval for other promotional opportunities at the meeting.

• CHEST will brand one side of the bag. 
• Supporter to supply all printed inserts. 
• Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
