    Prototype Submission

    Out-of-Home Guidelines

    • Opportunities require prepayment.
    • Exhibitors who wish to advertise outside of the convention center proper or at the host city airport(s) are required to use the services of ACR’s official supplier, TriStar Event Media, for citywide marketing, which may include but is not limited to airport advertising, wall spaces, transit advertising, billboards, taxi, and van wraps, guerilla marketing including Segways, brand activation, or other viral tactics are strictly prohibited. All advertising materials are subject to the College’s review and approval.
    • Exhibiting companies that do not abide by ACR’s out-of-home guidelines will be penalized in accordance with the “Enforcement of Rules and Regulations Policy” as stated on the exhibitor application.
    • Out-of-home marketing opportunities are subject to availability at time of reservation and may not be exclusive to one supporter.
    • All citywide marketing creatives are subject to ACR and Vendor approval. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative. There will be no refunds given for non-approved campaigns. 
    • Out-of-home marketing is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the ACR advertising guidelines, found in the Exhibitor Prospectus Rules and Regulations as well as the exhibitor contracts. 
    • Exhibiting companies will receive first right of refusal for any opportunity or comparable tactic in the following meeting year.

    Uber Advertising Guidelines

    • Prepayment Required; Non-Cancelable; Non-Refundable
    • Opportunity includes ad visibility upon dispatch, en route, & on trip up to 50,000 rides. Quantity is estimated, but not guaranteed.
    • For pharma product advertising, creative and copy cannot promote or make any claims about the drug. Only the drug name can be mentioned.
    • The ad cannot mention the effects of the drug or what it treats.
    • The ad must either drive to the relevant booth or reference the conference name.
    • The campaign must target attendees going to and from the conference.
    • Advertising company must be identified. 
    • All pharmaceutical advertising will be reviewed and approved by the UBER policy team. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative.There will be no refunds given for unapproved campaigns.
    • Ad type is static. Video ads are not accepted.
    • Late fees will apply for ad materials arriving after the specified due date.
    • Uber reserves the right to modify advertising guidelines. All guidelines will be provided at space reservation.
