- All opportunities outside of the convention center must have mention of Digestive Disease Week® (or DDW®). For additional Advertising Guidelines and for instructions on use of DDW’s name or acronym, view the Terms & Conditions.
- Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
- Advertisers are allowed one piece per distribution.
- Advertisers are responsible for printing and shipping to hotels.
