• Promotional insert inside a clear plastic pocket on the bag’s exterior
• Logo and/or booth number printed above the pocket on the bag’s exterior

Distributed via racks and handout personnel at registration and in high-traffic areas of the convention center

• Printed pocket insert should not exceed 5 ½”W x 4”H
• Logo not to exceed a 9”W x 4”H image area (directly above pocket)
• The bag artwork should be 4/color process

• Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
