    Special Notes

    • Creative and copy cannot promote or make any claims about the drug. Only the drug name can be mentioned.
    • The ad cannot mention the effects of the drug or what it treats.
    • The ad must either drive to the relevant booth or reference the conference name.
    • The campaign must target attendees going to and from the conference.
    • The advertising company must be identified. 
    • All pharmaceutical advertising will be reviewed and approved by the UBER policy team.
    • Ad type is static. Video ads are not accepted
    • Canceled rides are not counted in the ride quantity purchased.
    • Prepayment is required, in full, to secure out-of-home tactic(s) with the vendor. 
    • Late fees will apply for creatives arriving after the specified material due date.
    • TriStar is the exclusive partner through which CHEST 2024 exhibitors and non-exhibitor industry supporters have the opportunity to book out-of-home marketing. All tactics must be vetted and secured through TriStar. 
    • Out-of-home marketing opportunities are subject to availability at time of reservation.
    • Opportunities may not be exclusive to one advertiser. 
    • Out-of-home marketing is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by CHEST. 
    • All out-of-home marketing is subject to CHEST and vendor approval. In the event a creative is not approved, the advertiser will be given the opportunity to submit a new creative. There will be no refunds given for non-approved campaigns.
    • Uber reserves the right to modify advertising guidelines. All guidelines will be provided at space reservation.
